Today i am sharing my next recipe 'Fish Dal curry Recipe'.

Fish Dal



Ingredients

-Raw fish-4 pieces
-Onion-1 onion
-Tomato-1
-Garlic powder-1 tablespoon
-Ginger powder-1 teaspoon
-Red chilly powder-1 teaspoon
-Turmeric-1 teaspoon
-Salt -according to taste
-Mustard Oil- 2 table spoon for fish fry and 3 tablespoon for gravy,
-Coriander Powder- 1 teaspoon
-Fish curry Masala- 1 tablespoon

-First fry the fish,to fry the fish, mix the salt and turmeric in raw fish and leave it for 5 minutes.( fish fry recipe video also available on my You tube channel)

1.-After heating the pan,add mustard oil and heated the oil well, Now we will fry the fish until golden brown.

2.-In other side cook arhar dal (toor pulse)  in the pressure cooker. It should be noted here that toor dal should be half boiled not full boiled.

 Now let's make fish dal gravy-

-First we will heat the pan and after it add 4 tablespoon of mustard oil.
-And after the oil is heated,put a pinch of sugar.
-When sugar becomes  golden brown ,add one tea spoon of cumin seeds. let the cumin cut.
-Now after this, add finely chopped onions.let's cook for a while.
-After this, add one table spoon of garlic and next add one table spoon of ginger and cook until golden brown.
-And after golden brown, put tomato.
- and next step add salt(according to taste),add red chilly powder,add turmeric, one table spoon of coriander powder and  one table spoon of fish curry masala 
-and fry them all until they leave the oil.
Until leave the oil

-Breaking the fries fish, will put it in now and mix them very well.
- And last add half boiled Arhar dal (toor pulses)and add some water.
-And let them cook a little for 5 minutes.
