Egg Omelette Curry Recipe |
Today I am going to share Omelette Curry Recipe.Sometimes we feel like eat something different or when vegetables are not available at home then omelette curry is a good option to eat different for Non-Vegetarians.
Ingredients for Omelette-
Omelette curry for 4 members
-Egg-4
-chopped onions- 1 medium size
-garlic- 1 tablespoon
-salt- salt to taste
-oil- 2 tablespoon
FIRST PART-
How to make Omelette/Preparation of making omelette-
-First break 4 eggs in a bowl ,
-add two medium size chopped onions
-and one teaspoon cumin seeds,
-add salt according to taste
- and two chopped green chillies.
-Now mix these things together in a bowl.
-Now we will make Omelette,heat the pan , add two tablespoon of oil ,now put the mixture in the pan.and both sides we will cook well and remove it in a plate.
SECOND PART-
How to make Omelette curry/Preparation of making Omelette curry-
-Heat the pan ,add 3 tablespoon of refined oil /mustard oil,add a pinch of sugar ,let the sugar be brown ,after this add a spoon cumin seeds, after the cumin seeds is cracked then add onion puree and cook it for 1 min.
-After 1 min. add garlic and ginger puree and will cook until golden brown.
-and then add tomato puree and during this time add salt, turmeric and red chilly powder and also add garam masala.
-and will cook until the spices are separated from the oil and add one tablespoon butter and one glass water also.
- and last we will cut omelette and put these omelette pieces in the gravy.
- Cook on medium flame for 10 min.
- Now Omelette curry recipe is absolutely ready and it will be removed in a large bowl.
