Aloo Bhaji becomes very quickly and it is made in less spices.


Preparations for Aloo bhajiya --To make potatoes bhajia , small potatoes and large potatoes can be used.

-First wash the potatoes and cut in the round shape.

-Potato peel can be removed or even made with peel.


Ingredients-


*Potato- 4 medium size*Salt- salt to taste

*Turmeric -one teaspoon

*Red chilly powder-1 teaspoon

*Cumin seeds-1 tablespoon

*Oil-3 tablespoon



How to make Aloo Bhajhi /Aloo Bhaji-
aloo bhaji


1-First heat the pan very well, Then add 3 tablespoon oil ,After the oil is well heated then add one tablespoon cumin seeds and let the cumin cut.


2-After that we will put chopped potatoes in the pan. During this time salt will add according to taste and also turmeric. And mix them well and cook for a while.


3-After a little cook, add red chilli powder 1 teaspoon and cover it with the pan lid and let the potatoes cook.


4-We will cook it on low flame and when the potatoes are cooked properly and then cook it for 2 min. on high flame and turn off the flame and remove it in a plate.


- Now delicious Aloo bhaji ready.
